I find some days I am stronger than others...consistency is the key...if u follow the plan u actually develop longer endurance. Push too hard too early,u end up flagging at the end. The idea is spreading your endurance over the long haul versus short haul if that makes SSN...keep p the gret wok..hugs

I did my day 2 yesterday. I definitely pushed extra hard. Is it okay if you jog more than 2 minutes? I was able to go 5 minutes 3 times and 3 minutes one time. I wish I could afford some new running shoes but for now I will have to save up and get some! Thanks for helping me keep my motivation to continue!
