Day 3 was a little harder than the first two but I did it! Was supposed to go 5 times and finished strong going 7 times. I think I'm ready for week 2. Looks like my first 5K run will be April 19. I'm a little nervous as I have never done anything like this. Legs are sore and little stiff today.
