Day 2 done this morning. Legs were sore yesterday from Day 1 but today they feel fine. Seems like I can handle the 1 min jog pretty good. Just out of curiosity I tried to jog more than a minute. Went a whopping 1.5 mins and was gasping for breath. Looks like I've got a ways to go. :) Looking for to Day 3.
