It is not silly in any way. It may only not be the same for everyone, for some it may be the knees while it may be shin splint for some. But whatever it is, try to rest it and most importantly stretch after each walking/jogging episodes.

Hope this helps?

I know this may sound super silly, but does anyone find that thier big toe hurts after lots of walking or some jogging?
