I just finished day 4 of week one. Tomorrow is a rest day but I thinkI'm going to sneak a little walk in hehehe...

Then Thursday Is day 6 uping the work out time 5 minutes. nI'm having fun with this this time.

If it's not raining I go outside but when it is I'm sticking to the plan by stayin on the treadmill. I get so bored on treadmill. I love to be outside.
