I did w1d1 on Thursday, was going to do strength training on Friday, but ended up going to an arts festival and walking around for more than on hour so "counted" that instead. Saturday morning when I got up I was so stiff from my hips down that I could hardly move. Made me feel about 90, no kidding! I did some laundry, so down and up stair was all I could handle for a few hours.
We returned to the arts festival in the late afternoon and spent probably another hour wandering/strolling around. I felt like I was out of the loop of beginning before I really started and was frustrated.
Today, I decided to use our treadmill rather than going outside in the heat and humidity, so I finally got in w1d2! I actually did 32 min instead of the 25. Partially because I wanted to "make up" for not having walked/jogged yesterday and partially just because." I started at 3.2 walking with no incline and 3.8 jogging with no incline. Then, I gradually increased to 3.2 and 3.4 walking with 3.0 incline, and 4.0, 4.2, 4.4 with no incline for jogging. I was really proud of myself for getting back on the right track.
