You go girl. You can do it and each week you will feel better and better. Be sure and give yourself a good solid rest day so your muscles have time to heal.

Still amazed I succeeded with all 3 walk-jogs this week! My body really is capable of more than I thought. Pushing, tentatively, past the barriers I thought were limiting me. Seems like every twinge of ligament or tendon, every joint ache I'm evaluating. On the one hand it's exhausting: my left ankle is sore this morning, is that a problem? On the other hand, it's liberating to have these aches and still be able to challenge my legs to jog. Here comes week 2!
