I did great the first wk, but artritis came cally, I am looking forward to the next challenge, love to walk.

Moving on to week 2 too. I had some knee issues this week. Used ice and heat to get thru it. I also powerwalked on my treadmill to limit impact on my knees. I made it. Exercise lifts my mood. I hope to improve my diet this week and make an MD appt for my knee.

Done with week 1 after 3 weeks. I know, it sounds wimpy, but I'm in no hurry this time around. This is how I did week 1:

Week 1 - walk 4, jog 1
Week 1 - walk 3, jog 1
Week 1 - walk 3, jog 1.25

Now on to week two!
