I have a sports watch/pedometer, but I don't use it very much because I can never remember how to work it...I get so frustrated with it that I end up not going for my walk at all!

I entered the Fitbit contest...looks like an easy to use gadget that does a lot of different things...keeping my fingers crossed that I win!

Keep us posted on how it works for you!

I am in week 2 of Fitbit education
I am working more and harder trying to average 10000 steps per day....
I am so looking forward to using it during the next training !!!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!
