Thanks, could be. I will try to drink more before running. I didn't think I was running for long enough to have to carry a water bottle with me. Today I went 37 mins.

Still running! I did 3.5 miles today in 37 mins. I was just wondering if anyone else felt a little wobbly when they stopped running. I didn't stop all of a sudden, I slowed down to a walk, but maybe not for long enough. I felt like I was loosing my balance!

Any ideas?

I am getting my miles in...using fitbit and if I log here I duplicate count....
still running 2 miles on treadmill at least twice per week!

I am laughing atmyself for the fear I carry before each try.
I dont want to regress but the longer i Procrastinate the bigger the wall of fear becomes

I will learn to just do it so that I receive this feeling of accomplishment more frequently.

BTW while I was on vacation, I gave it a try and was really impressed with how well I did ...I could have run further but that would have meant that I left my hubby who is in recovery and cant quite run yet.

I was never a morning person either but once the runs got real long I became one. Well, just long enough to go out and run before the heat and humidity took over. then I come home and go back to bed. There is no way I could run even 3 miles in the FL heat/humidity. As it is, it's sucking the life right out of me. I finished my 13.2 mile run on Friday in 94 degree weather. I felt like I just got out of the washer without going thru the spin cycle.

Ok, how did I get off on that tangent????

Took a week off due to getting rear-ended on Monday and my back and me k hurt but resumed yesterday. In general I'm doing great but have been spreading out my weekly increases since I'm Just. Not. A. Morning. Person. This week I'm now going to try run 4:30 walk 2:15. :)
