On Saturday I will run my personal 5k. I really hope I can complete it and I hope to have a time of under 45 minutes.
Today I timed my mile, and at the beginning of July it took me 16 minutes to run one mile. Today it took me 12 and a half minutes!
Afterward, I walked a 5k, and it took me a little over 50 minutes. But in July my first walking 5k took about 56 minutes.
