Thank you for all the motivation on the boards and from the coaches.
I did this as a challenge to myself. I don't like running...and will still have to say I really don't like it...but can do it! I went into yesterday as the first day of week 8...and when I got close to the time, I said, I can do it! And I did....I will continue to run, because I would really like to do a 5k in the fall.

Woo hoo! I did it!!!! emoticon
