Life IS Good!!
way to go!!!!!!!!!!
i did the same thing! on my eighth week, 3 days before my 1st real race, i just had to try it. i just couldnt believe that i wd really be able to run the whole thing! so, i tried it!! guess what. i did it!!!!!!! by the time i had ran a mile and a half i was boo hooing!!! not just because i was able to run, but also because i was doing it for the person that taught me everything she knew about fitness. she passed away last october and i ran for her!!
so, congrats on running ur race and not giving up!!
Good job woohoo!
You are beautiful. Everything about you, makes you a amazing treasured child of god. Don't let anyone make you feel like less.
WTG!! It is such a thrilling feeling to cross that line and know that you push yourself and didn't quit!!! Keep it up!!

I can fully understand being emotional, I cry at things like that all the time. I love that you made a banner .... wondering if you could improvise a medal too!

You made me tear up (i happen to also be a huge sap) Tears when I ran my first minute and did not die, tears when I did a push up, tears when I lost 10 pounds... I will be a blubbering fool with a 5K.
Congratulations & Celebrate the HUGE accomplishment:)

This was really a challenge for me! There is a lot of emotion behind it... but I finished, jogged the whole way, and ran through the little banner I made for myself in the backyard. Haha! I'm the kind of sap who cries at pretty much anything, so that's not really new, but I did it!
And every time I thought of stopping to walk I would just say to myself, "will you be more proud of yourself if you just keep going, or if you stop to walk when it's not completely necessary?" That kept me going. =)
46 min 15 sec. Not amazing overall, but amazing for me to be sure! =)
