I haven't run since the night before Thanksgiving... a week and a half.
I only ran 1 day in week 5 and totally skipped week 6. What's wrong with me?
Well I'm back on track and decided to jump to week 7 because I only have 2 weeks until the 5K I signed up for.
This week was much more difficult, but I seemed to find my zone by about the 3rd leg of the run. I really wish I ran last week, but there's nothing I can do about it now. I'm pretty sure I at least ran a whole 5k tonight. I logged it as 3 miles, but I need to check it out on a map. It was definitely much farther than I've run previously.
At least I'm back on track and convinced I'll see this through to the race.
