Lets RUN with the wind!!
I decided to prolong my 5k training by incorporating some Jeff Galloway's ideas. I am going to continue to run 2 times a week and to do a "long run" every weekend for couple more weeks gradually adding some distance until I reach 5K. I think I need longer training time because of my different joint issues. My heart is ready for longer runs but my joints and muscles not quite so!
