so last week was supposed to my day 1 of week 7, but my wife and i took a break last week because of the fourth. we didn't gain much weight if any but we could see the hit in our exercise progress yesterday and today. Yesterday I started week 7. I've talked before about being hesitant to running due to asthma, but i managed to follow the 1 walk/4 jog curriculum about 80%. the last 12-15 minutes I needed a little more rest, but I varied speeds and finished super strong. I am so proud of myself for what i've accomplished so far. Never again will I or my wife stray from our plans. Tomorrow will be my day 2, and i'm looking forward to it. :D
