completed day 3 today, day 2 on tuesday and day 1 on monday! yay! i really am so over come with joy and so amazed that am able to run non stop for such long periods of time. although today was not too good a run as i started out quite weak but it did get better towards the end.
as i was running late for work, i decided to go the run sans breakfast not that i really eat before a run but as i read it was important to get a bit of food before working out as you need the energy especially after a long fast and that you burn more calories this way...weeks back when it was just plain walking it didnt seem to matter much if i did eat or not before the work out but now that i am doing runs i am noticing that i get weak and tire out fast on an empty stomach such that today towards the 5th interval my main motivation was a chilled out papaya sitting on the fridge waiting for me lol!
as i hit the end of the 4th minute of the 7th interval i was just all smiles and felt like i could go for another round... but i didn't! lol! i went for my stretches though and that really felt so good!
