Wow, this one was harder...I managed the first 2 training sessions by just pushing through it, but in the 3rd session, I just ran out of air and breath after the 7th interval...my heart was racing and I couldn't get my breathing slowed down, even after 2 minutes of walking. It was really windy that day and at the end, I was running into the wind, and I'm fighting some chest congestion from a cold, so after a day of rest, (on a day with not so much wind) I tried it again, and made sure I slowed it down some, and finished it, no problem! Slowing down did the trick, and it was really hard to breath in the wind!
So, now on to week 7!!
