I just realized that I titled the topic week 2 instead of week 7. Whoops! I'm definitely in week 7!! And I put it in the wrong forum, too! Where is my head?

Just finished day one of week two! It was a jump going from the 3 to 4 minute running intervals, but I did it! What's even better is that the hubby and I ran to the library and back so that we could return a book. We got a great workout in and saved ourselves the time and gas of taking that book in!
