Just started week six. The good news: I actually managed some of the scarier hills in my neighborhood! The bad news: I foolishly did not bring a bottle of water with me, and could not finish the last 4 minutes due to thirst. If my music hadn't crapped out I might have pushed through, but it's probably better that I didn't. I felt like a camel when I got home.
I've learned my lesson. I'm sure next time I'll complete the full 32 minutes.
Yesterday I did week 6 day 1. I did pretty well. I am taking it slow. I just want to be able to do it and then work on speed. I really was surprised that I was able to do it. looking forward toward my 5k

Hoo boy! Just did the first day of week 6 and I'm gonna tell you that it kicked my butt. I did the rookie mistake and went out too fast. I also got mixed up on my timing and did 1 min of walk and jogged for 4 minutes, until it clicked in that something was wrong, LOL. Good and sweaty, this one.
