I did my 2nd day of week 6 today but I couldn't finish I got half way through when I was starting to fall a sleep and started getting dizzy. I had to stop. These runs are getting hard for me, I think I need to take a break for a couple of days and recover.
I have always followed the NIKE MOTTO to JUST DO IT!! If we leave all the excuses behind and Make a Commitment to ourselves then we have the POWER to accomplish ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
