Taking a break is good.
Just as a side note, I've been running for almost 4 years now. Today I had 5 miles on my schedule. The run was horrible and I just wasn't feeling it. I called it at 3.4 miles. You can tell when the run is wrong. Sometimes you can push threw, other times you just need to call it quits.

I did my 2nd day of week 6 today but I couldn't finish I got half way through when I was starting to fall a sleep and started getting dizzy. I had to stop. These runs are getting hard for me, I think I need to take a break for a couple of days and recover.

I have always followed the NIKE MOTTO to JUST DO IT!! If we leave all the excuses behind and Make a Commitment to ourselves then we have the POWER to accomplish ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
If anyone is in the Port Saint Lucie area Look me up!

Yesterday I did W6 D2 and today for the first time I wasn't sore in the morning. I like the 1 min walking break better than the longer one. It's tempting to do longer runs or to run everyday, but I don't want to overdo my not so good feet and knees.
