My week 6 has been delayed three weeks. I am hoping to actually finish it this week. The first training day, which I did three weeks ago, was the 1st time through the 5weeks that I had a very hard time completing. It was a hard transition from walking two minutes to only walking 1 min. I am hoping that I can complete the training by the end of this week, after more cardio during the week. I would really like to be able to do the whole week six training this week.
