I just finished week 6. I found the 4th time running and the 7th time were the hardest. I almost walked but I kept pushing. My 5k is Oct 6th. I hope I can run the whole thing. If I have to stop I know I will be upset with myself. I also think next week will be hard. running for 4 min will be hard because I thought 3 was. I hope I can do it

I finished week 6 yesterday and all was good! I think week 7 will go well if my knees cooperate! I've noticed that the transition from walking to running/running to walking is when I feel the most pressure on my knees. They don't hurt - but I can feel them. My 5k is on Oct. 7th, I hope I will be able to run all of it and not push my knees to pain...
