I find this walk/jogging is so rewarding. Today I started week 5. i think the walk breaks in between each jog are great. I have my cell phone with me on stopwatch. It keeps me motivated watching the seconds count down. I get so much out this. I feel so positive afterward and can't wait to record my progress in the tracker. I have started taking different routes on my circuit, just to break up the monotony of going the same way. At the start of my walk/jog I had the a lovely cooling breeze on my face, on the way back it was on my back. No matter what I just keep going and when it came to adding that extra 5 minutes on at the end, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, I actually felt like going a bit longer. So-o-o-o awesome.
Wasn't too concerned about starting week 5, because it was just an extra 5 minutes from week 4. But this training is really working for me because it felt good to do the extra five and I think I *still* had some extra gas in the tank. Looking forward to completing this week!
P.S. This is the longest I've stuck with any training program, so whatever comes of it--it's still a win in my book! Yay!
