Okay, so I downloaded a couch potato to 5k runner program on my iphone. I love it, I have been doing it for 6 weeks. (I did some workout twice until I felt comfortable).
I don't know why I assumed all 5k traning programs were the same, but this one is about to get serious. I am on week 5 day 2 -- I have to run 8 walk 5 and run 8, with my next work out being running 20 mins.
I just realized today that this program is much more conservative... is there a downloadable app that goes with this one? -- I really love to listen to my music and not pay attention to the clock, just run and walk when told to do so!
