You can do weeks over. You could also try slowing down a bit or walking longer too. Whatever works for you. The program is only a guideline. Modify it to how it works for you.

Repeating weeks is not a bad thing. You gotta listen to your body. If the rest of week 5 feels like this morning (day 1) did for me...I'll be repeating week 5 too!

If you push too hard, you can injure yourself and set yourself even further behind schedule than just taking an extra week to adjust.

You can do it! Doesn't matter how long it takes.

Then you should definately do Week 5 again. I repeated a few weeks until I felt like I could move up to the next week, don't feel bad about it, go at your own pace. You've made it to Week 5!!

I love not recognizing my body in the mirror!

I was doing well in week 4 (after a very slow start t to this program) but week 5 is killing me. I just can't seem to increase the number of reps of intervals. The most I can do is 4 sets of 2mins/walk and 3mins/run. I know I have to step it up even more in week 6 and don't feel ready.
