I started W5D1 today and it felt great! I have a couple of weeks left before my second 5K and I hope to run most of it!

I completed W5 Day 2 yesterday, I was interrupted half way through and had to finish after so I am not sure it counts, but I counted it anyway.

Success is the sum of small actions repeated daily!

I completed W5D1 today. I felt good and actually only took a 1 min rest on the last interval. I am still very slow but I guess that will improve.
