This is awesome....

I have been looking everywhere and finding all kinds or work out clothes on clearance for anywhere for $3 to $10.

The exercise capris from walmart or target are awesome. I wear them all the time. And, I just bought 4 pairs of them tonight at Walmart, they were on clearance for $5 each. :-)

My go-to solution to prevent chafing from thighs rubbing has always been to use my anti-perspirant deodorant on my thighs. I've used this trick for years when wearing skirts and such. Usually doesn't wear off from sweating since it's an anti-perspirant and it keeps the chafing at bay.

I use Body Glide. Works well on your feet too if you get blisters. If you need something cheaper, you can use vaseline but it's kind of greasy

There is also a product called Glide that works for this problem - and your feet, upper arm vs bra rub and if your heartrate monitor bothers you.

Like Nettydawg, I got some "yoga" capris from Target very cheap. I LOVE them!

I got myself some exercise capris from Wal-mart for $10 to prevent the "chub rub" (love the name BTW).

I have also seen a product in SportChek (in Canada) - some sort of roll on to prevent the same.

Sorry I don't have any better ideas.

Ok so does anyone else have an issue with chub rub (As I like to call it) or friction rash on your thighs when running? I don't have the means to get new running shorts so I am stuck with my short shorts that ride up, which then allows my thighs to rub together. I was wondering aside from getting new clothes is there anything I can do to make it stop?
