My go-to solution to prevent chafing from thighs rubbing has always been to use my anti-perspirant deodorant on my thighs. I've used this trick for years when wearing skirts and such. Usually doesn't wear off from sweating since it's an anti-perspirant and it keeps the chafing at bay.
Ok so does anyone else have an issue with chub rub (As I like to call it) or friction rash on your thighs when running? I don't have the means to get new running shorts so I am stuck with my short shorts that ride up, which then allows my thighs to rub together. I was wondering aside from getting new clothes is there anything I can do to make it stop?
