That just shows that you are really listening to the program and your body! You want to build endurance and progress at a rate that will build your body without injury. Sounds like you will be a wonderful and wise runner!

WOW am I taking a long time to get through this program. Some of the slowness is related to working on other goals at the same time and this program taking the back seat, which is fine. Another reason is that I seem to be slow at making progress and I had to repeat some weeks over and over and over. But as of a couple weeks ago, I really felt myself turn a corn and I'm super-excited to keep working on this...but slowly so not to cause injuries.
