Wow! It feels so great to be back! I didn't run for 2 weeks so I was worried about moving forward. I thought I would be rusty.
Monday, I did a modified version of week 5: run for 2 min and walk for 3 (the first 3 reps) than run for 3 and walk for 2 (the last 3 reps) and it went great.
Today, I did it almost as supposed to. In ran for FOUR minutes for rep 5, then walk for 1 and ran for 3 right after for the last rep! I'm so proud, I can't believe it!!!
I feel confident about friday and then moving to week 6!
