Yay! day 3 of week 5 finished! Here I thought I might have to repeat week 4 but I pushed myself once I seen that the running interval had not increased. anxious to start week 6 and happy to see the intervals are still not increased on the running. Wondering how the 1 minute of walk to recover will be? All in all I think that I am doing pretty well for a newly reformed smoker of 39 years!! Whhooo Hoooo!!!!

Just started with the spark program. I was doing C25K but got stuck at week 5, so I thought I would give this a shot. I followed the intervals, but didn't stop until I reached 3 miles. Took me 9 intervals but I did it.
