I didn't think I could do it, but I survived all 3 workouts in the week 5 plan!! I am slower than slow when running, but I'm doing something I could only dream of doing 2 months ago.
I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little afraid of week 6... but, come Monday morning, I'm going to give it a go and see how I do. I didn't think I could do week 5 either, and I rocked it. :)
I've started to realize how much of this is a mental game. To anyone out there trying to figure out if you can do week 5, YES YOU CAN!!!
