W4 D1 I thought I'll die or throw the treadmill through the window. This machine was driving me crazy, so I went to run on the indoor track in my local Y.
W4 D2 the weather was nice so I went outside and did the program including even some hills (it's difficult to find outdoor place without them in Western Pa). I thought I'll die the day after, I was this sore!!
W4 D3 Went running outside in my hilly neighborhood and this was the easiest day ever!
So now I am planning to run outside as much as possible, it's more fun.I got to see chipmunks, deer, groundhogs, and at times some people, too :)
I also got myself a pair of nice shoes and a pack of running socks as a reward for finishing week 3. They make a HUGE difference. The skin on my feet doesn't get hot and itchy anymore and and my heels don't hurt during running.The gentelman at the store had fun with the little chubby middle aged lady trying a lot of running shoes :) I was lucky, because a lot of them was on sale!!! I got mine for $ 39!
And I went one size down! I can wear my old pants!!! Yay me!
