Morning GM

I completed week 4 this morning. I had an easier time. So I will try keep doing the run in the morning. Sometimes I get frustrated at my slow speed but then I remember 6 weeks ago I could hardly run for even 1 minute and last week when I did the 5 k race at home I ran two twelve minute stretches throughout which for me is a real accomplishment---slow or not. On to week 5!!!!

Good luck tomorrow. Are you going in the AM or PM? I'm sticking with the AM for now. I seem to have more energy with just a little bit of OJ and some cereal. Keepin it light!

W4d2 was more of a struggle for me. I was stiff and sore from the beginning and I was having trouble with breathing at first. Could be the cold. I'll se how Friday goes. I left the run til the evening rather than morning. Usually the evening gives me more stamina but today the opposite. I did complete and stayed with jogging in the right places.

Just completed W4D1. I am starting here cause it seems like going backwards to start at week 1. I had no trouble here. My goal is to complete--- probably slower than I'd like and increase speed from there. I am sick right now so I sure sweated it out but easily finished---- might be all the rest this past weekend helping out too!!!
