Round 1 - Walked 2 Minutes / Jogged 3 Minutes (Really? I did?) :)
Round 2 - Walked 3 Minutes / Jogged 2 Minutes
Round 3 - Walked 3 Minutes / Jogged 2 Minutes
Round 4 - Walked 5 Minutes
Round 5 - Walked 2 Minutes / Jogged 3 Minutes (Who hoo!)
This one was really tough for me, I almost felt a little sick after finishing the last round - but was happy and suprised I was able to do as much as I did. I never thought I'd be able to surpass the 2 minutes. Saturday is my next try at this one, and hope I can add in at least one more round with a full 3 minute jog.
