I need to put this challenge on hold. I found out that I have a hairline crack in my right ankle, so I can't even go for a walk for at least a week. If it doesn't improve I need to see my physician. Hopefully I can get back to walking soon.
So this morning before I went for my run, I decided to skip the last day in my Week Two plan. (I had been immensely busy with work, my manager is on Vacation and I also Facilitate a group that attempts to make our employees work lives more enjoyable. i.e. I organized a chili dog lunch for all employess last Sunday for the Regular Season Opener of the Broncos)
Anyway I was going after work and it was hard but it was all good.
So back to this morning, I went to go for my run but did not look at my program and automatically just ran three minutes on and two minutes off for thirty. Techincally that was week five, but I'm going to just hang out in week four for another week or so.
