I am new at this and trying to make it a discipline before I try to improve. While running I feel like I can barely make it...within 5 minutes of finishing...I am strong, confident and feel like I should run more. Is this a function of poor breathing during the run or not going as far as I can or is that I am concentrating too much on the intervals and distance.
