Is it still a successful week if you pause for a minute or two after the running intervals? I'm repeating week 4 -- yesterday was "day one" and I still had to pause (though much shorter time) for a minute or so after each running interval as I gag at the end of the three minutes. My dad who played sports constantly until he graduated high school says its muscles going into shock. I really don't want to repeat the week for the third time.
