Don't worry about your speed. For this program you are working on endurance and getting your body adapted to running. If you keep running, the speed will come later. Go only as fast as you feel comfortable.

I am heading to the gym after work to start week 4. I am feeling a bit intimidated by the fact that this week I am running more than I will be walking. Is there an appropriate speed I should be going? I have been trying to keep it around 4.2-4.5.
I will let you all know tonight how it goes...and if I make it.
