I just did day 1... I couldn't do the full 3 minutes EVERY time, but suprised myself that I could do it at all... 2 minutes was hard for me. I think so much of it is mental and just trying to fight through it.

Tomorrow morning I will have a go at Week 4 Day 1 and I am super nervous. Right now I am hoping for the best and I can't wait to say "I did it".
I feel like continuing to breath after more than 2 minutes of running doesn't really seem possible. I just have to keep saying "I can do it!!"
