I'd say redo week 3 when it stops snowing. It's good that you walk and jog in place but I personally don't feel you get the same benefits. I don't know what science says about it though.

I was halfway through week 2 and it started snowing outside. Since I jog with my two young children in a stroller I cant go outside. I don't have a treadmill so I just walk and jog in place. Is that still OK am I still getting the benefits, maybe I should redo week 3 when it stops snowing.
