Just finished D2 W4. I have to say I am very proud of myself. I had to repeat Week 3 due to back issues, and started week 4 after 3 days off. Day 1 was tough but made it through. Today was much better. Did the furtherest distance yet and am starting to feel stronger. This is all after walking at a waterpark all day yesterday and our local state fair on sunday.

I feel a yay me tooo! I finished day 2 strong this morning. I dont know if it was the rest from last night or the breakfast and then scheduled run 2 hours later but I am thrilled with the progress. To the point that I am considering a charity run with my son
