Today I did day 2 and boy was it hard. I did it on a grass field and I didn't think I would ever finish. When I looked at the distance it was farther than the 1st day. So I guess I did pretty well.
Janine upstate NY March Goals: 1.have a green smoothie every day track food 2. exercise 10 min 6x a week and 10,000 steps 3. do 2 strength training a week 4.Bible time everyday 5. have 1 or less sweet a day
Just finished D2 W4. I have to say I am very proud of myself. I had to repeat Week 3 due to back issues, and started week 4 after 3 days off. Day 1 was tough but made it through. Today was much better. Did the furtherest distance yet and am starting to feel stronger. This is all after walking at a waterpark all day yesterday and our local state fair on sunday.

I feel a yay me tooo! I finished day 2 strong this morning. I dont know if it was the rest from last night or the breakfast and then scheduled run 2 hours later but I am thrilled with the progress. To the point that I am considering a charity run with my son
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!
