Yes, I surprised myself and made it to 3 mins of running! I did it outside, so my knees are really feeling it now and my hip/siatic nerve is still doing well, since this is taking it slow. :)

I do have a question, I went to log my rountine for this week 4 day 1 from the rookie page, and it said it could not find the goal you are trying to track. Anyone else have this trouble today Anyone know how to fix it? :)

Yes I did it too! was feeling so good added one additional intreval to it... Suezette, thanks for the encouragement, and Continuity, congrats on completing day one, I almost cant wait for day 2 but I know I (and my knee) needs a rest.
