I have decided today( my last day of week 3) to repeat this week. I have been experiencing shin pain in my leg. My problem is that I haven't been cross training. Likely starting next week I will be swimming one day and cycling another day. My muscles should be able to handle week 4 after that.
I was sick last week but my teammates were suddenly running week three, so I tried it and kept up with the running segments although I am the slowest I am not not having any leg problems, I am 210 lbs, 56 yrs old and have arthritic feet. So i know not to push too hard
