I did my 3rd week 3 run this week, it felt pretty hard but managable. I'm going to try the week 4 run on Sunday to see if I'm ready for it, but if it's too hard I'm going to hang out at week 3 for another week. I'm glad I've been able to stick with it so well this week, so I'm hoping next week will be a good one too.
It was a slow day at work today and I was full of energy today so I decided to do an extra run even though I had done one yesterday. It felt great! I was able to do all of the 2 minute running intervals without adding any extra walking time in between and I even added an extra interval at the end. I am planning on running on Friday, so hopefully it will be just as good as todays run was
Did my run today. It was pretty tough again, but I was glad I was able to do it. I will probably do my next run on friday and hopefully it will be a good one. I hope my work schedule will start to get back into a normal routine so I can start to have a more regular workout schedule.
Well it's a new week and I want to re-try and do the week three runs this week. I'm going back and forth on whether I should try and go today or not. I feel exhausted from the heavy workload I did this week (25 massages in 4 days!). I'm not sure if this is my body needing the rest or just lacking in motivation. I think I will go and just walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and not press my luck with the running.
This week has not been going too well. I tried to run last night, but started feeling dizzy after my 2nd interval so I rested and then went back home. Have been feeling really tired because I have been doing a lot of massages at work this week. So I'm just going to try again next week when my scedule goes back to normal. I don't think it is a realistic goal for me to run on the same day I have work. I will be glad to get back to working three days a week next week.
I did my 1st run of week 3 this week. It was tough to get through because I was still pretty tired from giving 6 massages at work yesterday. I got through it but it wasn't pretty lol. This week is going to be pretty crazy at work and I will be out of town a couple of days for Christmas, so I'm not anticipating being able to get all of my runs in. I'm going to give myself some grace this week though and if I don't get all three runs in that's okay. I am anticipating having to do week three twice before I move on but that is okay with me. I am definitely not on a strict timeline with this :)
