I did it. I can hardly believe it! My bad foot is actually better and I don't get shin splints anymore. I started training outside which is more fun than on treadmill. And one thing is great: I AM LESS HUNGRY!!!!!!!! I didn't loose my apetite, I still eat LOL but I lost the constant need of snacking. I'm satisfied with my food and I don't have to take seconds. I actually started to eat like a normal person. What a great surprise!
