This was my second attempt @ the week 3 routine, which is: Walk 3 minutes / Jog 2 minutes * 6 times (30 min. total)

Round 1: Walk 3 minutes / Jog 2 minutes (Yay!)
Round 2: Walk 3 minutes / Jog 2 minutes (Yay!)
Round 3: Walk 3 minutes / Jog 2 minutes (Yay!)
Round 4: Walk 5 minutes
Round 5: Walk 3 minutes / Jog 2 minutes (Yay!)
Round 6: Walk 3 minutes / Jog 2 minutes (Yay!)
Extra: Walked 8 additional minutes as cool-down. :)
