I'm finally in week 3! I've been taking liberty in how long the "weeks" are. I will do a "week" for 2 weeks, or 6-7 runs, before changing it up, increasing running by 30 seconds rather than a min, and decreasing walking by 30 seconds.

I'm certainly doing it my way!

2012 Races:
5K - 7/28/12 (my first!)

Running milage to date:
2012: 105.03
