It was a little tricky this past week with severe weather and temperatures preventing outdoor training. So, I took my gym bag to work every day and trained during lunch break using indoor track. This made my "run" consistent, however not really sure about the distance. All and all I feel great about how far I have come in the training. When I reach 30 minutes, I look for more. Good feeling.
