my calves hurt horribly! I also became dehydrated and it really took it out of me, I ran less yesterday as it was a struggle, however I did continue to walk and finished the sessions. Not that I want others to be hurt, however it helps to see that you are sore also!

I completed week 2 yesterday and will start week 3 tomorrow. I am sore too!!! I pushed yesterday after procrastinating most of the day. I hope my day of rest gets me ready to run tomorrow. BTW altered my forms slightly yesterday which made the running easier!
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!
I finished week 3 day 2. I am soooo sore and aching. I made sure to stretch really good before and after. It wasn't so bad the first 2 weeks. Is this normal? I don't want to quit because I'm making progress and really motivated to get through this challenge.
